Appointments

Appointments may be requested by phone, WhatsApp or our website enquiry form. A booking is confirmed only when our team acknowledges it. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your service or require rescheduling.

Cancellations

Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges at our discretion.

Client responsibilities

Share relevant skin, allergy or medical information before treatments so we can advise suitably. Results can vary by individual. Semi-permanent makeup and certain aesthetic services are subject to suitability assessment.
