Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to payments made for services at Priya Aesthetic Hub, Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru. Please contact us if you have questions before booking.

Completed services

Fees for services that have been completed as agreed are generally non-refundable. Beauty and aesthetic results can vary by person; dissatisfaction with natural variation alone does not automatically create a refund right.

Cancellations by you

If you cancel with reasonable notice before your appointment, any advance payment may be rescheduled as store credit toward a future visit, subject to availability. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit advance payments at our discretion.

Cancellations by us

If we must cancel your appointment, we will offer a reschedule at a convenient time or a refund of any advance amount paid for that cancelled booking.

Packages & prepaid services

Unused portions of packages may be handled case by case. Please ask our team for package-specific terms at the time of purchase.

Semi-permanent makeup & specialised treatments

These services often require consultation. Deposits may be required to reserve your slot. Deposit and refund rules for these treatments will be explained before you confirm.
